Job Description
Sales Account Manager at CASERIS driving customer acquisition and software sales for communication solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences and expand market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire customers and develop new business opportunities
- Present our TIMIO software solution and related services
- Work independently in alignment with the team and project management
- Strategically plan and expand the sales territory
- Provide expert consultation to our customers and partners to ensure an excellent purchasing experience
Requirements:
- Ideally a university degree or commercial training in IT
- Professional experience in selling software solutions
- Independent and customer-focused working style
- Strong communication skills and aptitude for presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM software
- Knowledge of contact center technology, multichannel software, and VoIP
