Job Description

Senior advisor helping iShare, a New Jersey boutique IT consulting firm, sell data, AI, analytics, and digital transformation services. Opening executive relationships and shaping Live Entertainment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing executive relationships to introduce iShare to prospective clients and decision-makers
  • Facilitate C-level and VP-level conversations with business, technology, data, marketing, revenue, and operations leaders
  • Support account planning, whitespace identification, and market-entry strategies across priority Live Entertainment accounts
  • Identify transformation initiatives where iShare can create measurable business value
  • Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, and opportunity-shaping discussions
  • Provide industry insights on live event operations, ticketing strategy, audience analytics, fan engagement, sponsorship measurement, venue operations, AI, GenAI, data modernization, and analytics adoption
  • Help identify opportunities related to customer data platforms, data modernization, cloud migration, AI, automation, marketing analytics, customer service, digital operations, finance, revenue operations, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle through SOW signing
  • Report to the Sales Team
  • Generate executive introductions, facilitate meetings, create qualified pipeline opportunities, provide industry insights, influence revenue opportunities, and develop strategic relationships

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Live Entertainment, concert promotion, events, venue operations, ticketing, entertainment media, or adjacent sectors
  • Experience working with companies such as Live Nation, AEG, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, or similar live events management companies
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and translate industry priorities into actionable business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the Live Entertainment and Events ecosystem
  • Strong relationships with Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Customer Experience Leaders, Ticketing Executives, Revenue & Analytics Leaders, and Venue Operations Executives
  • Former executive leadership, advisory, or board-level experience in the Live Entertainment ecosystem preferred
  • Consulting, technology transformation, data, analytics, or digital operations experience preferred
  • Ability to support opportunity shaping, executive messaging, and business value articulation
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week
  • Ability to commit to 100–140 hours over the engagement
  • Scope includes supporting the end-to-end sales cycle through SOW signing
