Job Description
Bilingual French-English Sales Center Agent handling inbound and outbound storage-unit sales for SmartStop Self Storage. Supporting customers with rentals, payments, questions, and reservations remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound sales calls from customers and understand their storage needs
- Recommend appropriate storage units
- Overcome objections to obtain storage-unit reservations or complete rentals over the phone
- Answer existing customers’ questions, take payments, and resolve concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Perform duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Customer centric
- Sales driven with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in both French Canadian & English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
- Ability to build relationships, both internal and external
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Ability to work weekends
