Job Description
Bilingual French-English sales agent handling inbound and outbound storage-unit calls for SmartStop Self Storage. Recommending units, taking payments, resolving concerns, and securing reservations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound sales calls from customers; understand their storage needs and recommend an appropriate storage unit
- Overcome objections to obtain a reservation for a storage unit or rent the unit over the phone
- Answer existing customers’ questions, take payments, and resolve concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Perform duties assigned by Supervisor(s)
Requirements:
- Customer centric
- Sales driven with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in both French Canadian & English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
- Ability to build relationships, (both internal and external)
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Ability to work weekends
