Job Description

Sales Consultant driving sales performance and customer engagement in hospital solutions. Managing accounts and providing support within assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth and customer engagement driving sales performance
  • Manage new and existing accounts, provide product and clinical support
  • Identify opportunities to expand utilization across the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Use sales tools daily to effectively manage prospects, opportunities, and forecasts
  • Conduct face-to-face customer call activity
  • Monitor and maintain customer market share and sales campaign data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years’ related medical sales experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience
  • Experience and proven success with consultative selling
  • Demonstrates effective presentation skills, professional and executive presence, and establishes credibility
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
