Job Description
Sales Consultant driving sales performance and customer engagement in hospital solutions. Managing accounts and providing support within assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth and customer engagement driving sales performance
- Manage new and existing accounts, provide product and clinical support
- Identify opportunities to expand utilization across the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Use sales tools daily to effectively manage prospects, opportunities, and forecasts
- Conduct face-to-face customer call activity
- Monitor and maintain customer market share and sales campaign data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years’ related medical sales experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience
- Experience and proven success with consultative selling
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills, professional and executive presence, and establishes credibility
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
