Job Description

Sales Country Manager responsible for revenue growth and scaling Wildix's presence in France. Leading teams and developing strategies to optimize market engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue generation and growth initiatives for the France region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage pipelines, nurture prospects, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure partners are fully equipped with the resources needed to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Align marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize reach, drive engagement, and capture market share.
  • Oversee and support multiple teams across France.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure team members have the tools and skills needed to succeed.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Work in partnership with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Advocate for the French region internally to align resources and support as needed.
  • Continuously assess the market, identifying opportunities for expansion and areas for improvement.
  • Adapt strategies as needed to respond to changes in market conditions, competitor activities, or partner needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role with multi-team management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
  • Experience in growing and scaling sales teams is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with the France market, including knowledge of the cultural, regulatory, and economic factors that influence business in France.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate trends, and use data to inform decisions.
  • Skilled in assessing opportunities and balancing short-term gains with long-term growth.
  • Strong communicator capable of representing Wildix to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to build lasting relationships and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
