Sales Development Representative at Forcepoint uncovering leads and engaging prospects in cybersecurity. Collaborating with sales teams and maintaining records while developing skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation by uncovering high-potential leads through various channels.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and professional social.
- Qualification of prospects by listening for pain points.
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Stay current on modern techniques and emerging tech.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective research and identify potential leads
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
