Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating pipeline for Grafana Labs’ observability platform in Switzerland. Engaging prospects, conducting discovery, and partnering with sales to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, the open source ecosystem, and industry trends
- Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently
- Conduct proactive outreach to new leads in target accounts via email, social media, and phone
- Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
- Research and prioritize target prospects and customize outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals and communicate how Grafana can help
- Meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams
- Engage with users and prospects to provide appropriate resources and guidance
- Partner with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize many tasks and demands
- Willingness and ability to take on any task with a focus on quality
- Resourceful and proactive in a constantly evolving environment
- Located in Switzerland
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Team-first attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
