Job Description
Sales Development Representative focusing on lead generation and engagement within Forcepoint. Involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and professional social.
- Listen for pain points before pitching anything.
- Book high-quality meetings and demos.
- Stay current on modern techniques, evolving buyer behavior, and emerging tech.
- Work side-by-side with sales and marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of every prospect engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective research and identify potential leads
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Certifications Cybersecurity or sales credentials — e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Sales Development Representative.
- Previous time in a cybersecurity sales role.
