Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating inbound and outbound SaaS leads for GlassHouse. Qualifying prospects, booking demos, and building AI-powered sales tools for home service businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Support inbound and outbound demand generation for new business revenue growth
- Qualify and route inbound leads
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound leads into booked demos for Senior Account Executives
- Work with Account Executives and marketing to target high-value outbound leads
- Convert email and trade show leads into booked appointments
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups
- Contribute to go-to-market tools and sales motions using an AI tool stack
- Automate routine job functions to increase impact and customer connection
- Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings, generally at 8:30 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. Central Time
- Participate in new initiatives and projects as the early-stage company evolves
- Attend and engage in 1–2 annual team meetings in Nashville
Requirements:
- Mission and Value alignment
- 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR focused work in a SaaS business
- Desire to build a successful sales career
- Technically savvy and able to utilize sales tools and AI platforms
- Strong outbound prospecting motions using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability and coachability
- Ability to participate in 2–3 hours per week of team coaching/practice
- Must live in the Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones
- Nashville, TN or Indianapolis, IN proximity is a nice-to-have
- Home service, franchise, or real estate experience is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with home service software such as CRMs and FSMs is a nice-to-have
- Startup or small-business experience is a nice-to-have
- Willingness to attend 1–2 annual team meetings in Nashville, generally three days including travel
