Job Description

Sales Development Representative generating outbound leads for Granum’s landscaping and arborist software ecosystem. Qualifying prospects and building pipeline for Sales Executives across Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Own 100% of outbound prospecting
  • Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound activity in an SMB environment
  • Qualify leads for Sales Executives among landscape, tree care, and snow removal operators
  • Build genuine relationships with prospective businesses
  • Work closely with the SDR Manager and Sales team to refine strategy and maintain pipeline
  • Represent Granum at trade shows across Canada and the U.S. approximately once a quarter
  • Track performance metrics and remain accountable to KPIs
  • Report directly to the SDR Manager
  • Participate in team development and career growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, including cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B
  • Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to tell a clear, compelling story and refine messaging
  • Strong listening skills
  • Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or similar work
  • Resilience in handling rejection
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills, including maintaining a clean pipeline and honest CRM
  • Ability to travel to trade shows in Canada and the U.S. once a quarter
  • Proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
