Job Description
Sales Development Representative at Higgsfield, focusing on converting high-volume inbound interest into revenue. Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to educate prospects and drive pipeline progression.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segments
- Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers
- Educate prospects on Higgsfield’s products, capabilities, and use cases
- Identify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule follow-up conversations, demos, and product discussions
- Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking
- Partner closely with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedback
- Support inbound conversion efforts across multiple global time zones
- Help drive pipeline progression from initial inquiry through closed revenue
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly
- Experience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferred
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, low-ego approach
