Job Description

Sales Development Rep at Social Commerce Club focusing on inbound opportunities through eCommerce and social media. Building relationships and nurturing leads effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Farming inbound opportunities (warm + cold) through segmentation, follow-up, and value-first nurture
  • Fast inbound response and qualification
  • Booking qualified discovery calls
  • HubSpot CRM hygiene and accurate next steps
  • Building and testing light nurture campaigns to move warm leads (connected but not booked) into webinar attendance and discovery calls
  • Re-engaging cold leads (previous intent, now quiet) with re-segmentation and proof-point based sequences to generate new discovery calls
  • Supporting existing client expansion by coordinating value moments (e.g., milestone-based invites / strategy sessions) with leadership
  • Continuous improvement (weekly sales rhythm, learnings, messaging feedback)

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of eCommerce marketing is a major asset
  • Performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok ads)
