Job Description
Sales Director driving revenue growth and client relationships within Financial Services. Leading a team to translate TransUnion’s value proposition into impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Executives to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations, conducting regular coaching (1:1s and reviews).
- Apply deep expertise in TransUnion’s Financial Services value proposition to deliver impactful client solutions and advocacy.
- Partner cross-functionally across the organization to address client needs, share insights, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Utilize strong business acumen in auto and mortgage finance to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years data sales experience or related auto or mortgage finance industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team of Client Executives (or similar sales role).
- Strong understanding of TransUnion’s value proposition for Financial Services.
- Strategic and forward thinker with superior communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in leveraging technology to drive sales strategy.
