Job Description
Sales Director growing agency and media partnerships for HealthVerity, a privacy-protected healthcare data exchange. Driving Audiences targeting, Media Measurement, enterprise sales, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and cultivate business development and sales across multiple teams within agency accounts
- Identify opportunities to increase agency revenue, market advantage, and customer loyalty
- Leverage healthcare and consumer data suppliers and media partnerships to strengthen agency capabilities
- Advise agency partners across the customer lifecycle, from research and new business pitches through commercial engagements
- Serve as a media, advertising, and healthcare data subject matter expert
- Drive new business and account management for agency and media accounts
- Prospect and build relationships to generate revenue for Audiences targeting and Media Measurement
- Present and demonstrate Audiences targeting and media measurement products
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, conference calls, technical discussions, executive discussions, webinars, and related activities
- Prepare, present, and coordinate product proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and related sales activities
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales support and delivery teams
- Support account status, follow-up activities, audience activation, inbound leads, product literature, and win-loss tasks
- Contribute to business-line strategy through customer feedback, market awareness, and competitive insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in healthcare adtech or agency sales
- Experience marketing and selling complex solutions leveraging real-world healthcare data, advertising analytics, or adtech technology to digital agencies and life sciences media customers
- Success developing and growing strong agency or life sciences and healthcare media relationships
- Experience leading contract negotiations and closing new and renewing B2B opportunities with large enterprise customers and their respective teams
- Creative prospecting skills, including networking, cold calling, and developing deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Up to 30% travel required
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing challenges
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas involving identity resolution, data, and technology to optimize marketing strategy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring extensive self-direction
- Ability to communicate updates, blockers, and challenges quickly and effectively
- Consistent history of annual quota/revenue achievement
