Job Description

Sales Director leading Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives at Picus, an exposure validation cybersecurity company. Owning regional quota, forecasting, partnerships, and strategic enterprise growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
  • Own and deliver the team's total quota through a sales plan balancing new business acquisition and strategic-account expansion
  • Set goals, territories, and account plans for Account Executives
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and performance check-ins
  • Drive revenue forecasting and CRM-based pipeline management
  • Report performance to senior leadership
  • Serve as executive sponsor on key deals and build relationships with C-level and senior security leaders
  • Work with resellers, service providers, and integrators to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities
  • Hire, onboard, and retain sales talent
  • Build a culture of high performance, integrity, and continuous learning
  • Establish a consultative sales methodology from discovery through negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
  • Share customer and market feedback to shape company strategy
  • Monitor cybersecurity industry changes, competitive dynamics, and trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager leading Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives in a highly consultative sales environment, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity sales
  • At least 3+ years in a people management role
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience building and managing partner and channel relationships
  • Customer orientation and ability to understand customers' needs and priorities
  • Growth mindset and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Credibility to engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytical skills
  • Data-driven approach and strategic thinking
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
