Job Description
Sales Enablement AI Program Manager building Hammerspace’s AI-powered knowledge ecosystem. Scaling onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and AI adoption for Hammerspace’s global data environment platform.
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve Hammerspace's AI-powered knowledge ecosystem as the single source of truth
- Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, and knowledge retrieval experiences
- Develop scalable onboarding, certifications, and learning experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Presales, PMM, Sales, and Customer Success to keep knowledge current
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend high-impact use cases
- Drive AI adoption and automate repetitive knowledge work
- Establish governance, taxonomy, and processes for sustainable knowledge management
- Build product depth over time in partnership with subject matter experts
- Create a trusted AI-powered knowledge ecosystem adopted across the company
- Reduce time spent searching for information
- Accelerate onboarding and improve time-to-productivity
- Deliver accurate, trusted answers through AI assistants
- Establish scalable knowledge management processes and strong cross-functional partnerships
Requirements:

- Passionate about AI and knowledge sharing
- Strong systems thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot preferred
- Experience with knowledge management platforms; Obsidian is a strong plus
- Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or structured knowledge systems
- Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design, or enablement is beneficial
- Markdown, documentation systems, or Git familiarity is helpful but not required
- Passion for AI over perfect technical credentials; willingness to build product depth over time with subject matter experts
