Job Description

Sales Executive managing technical sales opportunities for Freudenberg, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing technical solutions. Building customer relationships and managing the complete sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium-to-high complexity sales opportunities, providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as their technical point of contact.
  • Work with internal teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide sales forecasts and track project progress to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Work closely with R&D, production, and other internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers and internal sales teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during sales projects.
  • Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and sales processes.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
