Job Description

BNG Sales Lead selling biodiversity units connected to habitat recovery projects at Ecosulis. Managing key accounts and driving sales in a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities:

  • Win and manage key accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle with named corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at utilities, developers, and infrastructure providers
  • Conduct site visits and provide tours around key sites
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot and forecast confidently
  • Identify and target priority buyers across various sectors
  • Engage with Local Planning Authorities and ecology officers
  • Represent Ecosulis at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • Evidence of closing complex B2B deals (ideally £100k+ contract values)
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers over multi-month sales cycles
  • Fast learning in technical or regulated markets and explaining complex concepts to non-expert audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set priorities, manage diary, and take ownership of results
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, forecasting, and producing clear sales reports.
