Job Description

Sales Manager gewinnt B2B-Kunden für wattlines Strom- und Gas-Einkaufsgemeinschaft. Entwickelt Vertriebsansätze und betreut den Außendienst im deutschen Vertriebsgebiet.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for the wattline purchasing cooperative
  • Identify relevant potential and generate concrete sales opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing
  • Plan and independently organize sales activities
  • Engage with customers flexibly in person, by phone, or digitally
  • Work closely with the Head of Field Sales and internal specialist departments
  • Trial new sales approaches and sales-promoting initiatives in the market
  • Test and evaluate measures to increase sales volume
  • Derive concrete insights and identify optimization opportunities
  • Systematically communicate customer feedback, market responses, and test results to internal teams
  • Further develop sales activities and the field sales organization

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, including active new customer acquisition in field sales
  • Strong communication skills, negotiating ability, and a results-driven focus on closing deals
  • Ability to quickly understand complex customer structures with multiple locations and numerous delivery points, and assess their potential
  • Attentive market monitoring and the ability to identify new sales opportunities
  • Willingness to practically test and further develop new sales approaches
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel
  • Class B driver's license
  • No prior energy-sector expertise required; knowledge of the energy market and the purchasing cooperative will be provided during onboarding
