Job Description
Sales Manager managing German customer accounts and developing new sales opportunities. Collaborating with teams to support regional strategy and strengthen Amcor’s market position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.
- Develop new sales opportunities and identify solutions aligned with customer needs, including bespoke products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (2–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of packaging products and the German market.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
