Job Description

Sales Manager driving revenue and market growth in North America for passive RFID business. Collaborating with sales leadership and support teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the revenue and market growth in the NAM region
  • Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer base
  • Recognizing and understanding customer requirements during the pre-sales process
  • Driving the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact to committing design-in solutions
  • Collaborating with product management and engineering specialists
  • Working with sales and marketing management to plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns
  • Completing forecasts and revenue reporting
  • Building a project pipeline to secure long-term business growth

Requirements:

  • Several years of sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge in the RFID industry
  • Strong focus in the equipment consumable market
  • Experience of sales both direct to OEMs and indirect through system integrators, distributors and reseller partners
  • Technical training or previous education
  • Understanding of RFID technologies with a focus on the RFID tags and labels is helpful but not necessary
