Job Description

Sales Manager selling HÖRMANN Intralogistics’ automated warehouse, material-flow, and software solutions across Southeast Europe. Building customer relationships, leading workshops, and closing complex sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and build strong customer relationships
  • Acquire customers at trade fairs, industry events, and through targeted cold outreach
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
  • Support the sales strategy through market analysis
  • Present concepts as well as automation, material-flow, and software solutions
  • Prepare and conduct sales meetings
  • Conduct workshops with prospects and analyze customer requirements
  • Work with specialist departments to develop suitable automation and material-flow concepts
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification through contract closing
  • Coordinate internal specialist departments and external partners
  • Lead tendering and contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in a technical or business-related field; alternatively, completed vocational training followed by further professional development
  • Substantial sales experience, ideally selling complex intralogistics systems
  • Understanding of logistics processes, material flows, and automation processes
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Additional regional language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Knowledge of the Southeast European market, including Austria and the markets farther southeast
  • Experience selling intralogistics projects is an advantage
