Job Description
Sales Manager acquiring and supporting new customers for ERO-ETIKETT GmbH. Collaborating with marketing and customer service while analyzing sales metrics in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and support of new customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- Analysis and qualification of leads
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and documentation in the CRM
- Close collaboration with marketing, customer service, and the sales team
- Communication with customers by phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Analysis of sales figures and development of action plans
Requirements:
- Degree in printing and media technology or a commercial/business qualification; alternatively, professional experience in the printing sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems; MS Office skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding assignments
- Good written and spoken English skills desirable
