Job Description
Recruiter focusing on talent acquisition for sales profiles in Medical Device industry. Engaging candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process for a leading Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications
- Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites
- Articulate value proposition to candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Assess candidate qualifications using phone interview templates
- Keep candidates engaged throughout process
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience for sales profiles within the Medical Device industry
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
