Job Description

Recruiter focusing on talent acquisition for sales profiles in Medical Device industry. Engaging candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process for a leading Talent Acquisition Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications
  • Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans
  • Source candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites
  • Articulate value proposition to candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Assess candidate qualifications using phone interview templates
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout process
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience for sales profiles within the Medical Device industry
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
