Job Description
Operador de vendas do Grupo RBS, ecossistema brasileiro de mídia e comunicação. Prospectando clientes e comercializando assinaturas por telefone e WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service interactions and negotiations by phone and WhatsApp (outbound and inbound);
- Review and manage leads and prospect new customers;
- Register new subscriptions and apply benefits and discounts in the system;
- Use Excel to update and organize sales information.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Persuasive, resilient, and target-driven profile;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in call center sales;
- Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area.
- Experience selling newspapers is a plus.
