Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting software solutions for craftsman. Collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • You drive the growth of our company by acquiring new customers, advising existing clients, and selling upgrades and upsells to increase customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
  • You deliver persuasive online presentations to excite prospective customers about our software solution.
  • You consult with existing customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to secure long-term partnerships.
  • You use your negotiation skills to successfully sell upgrades and upsells and to maximize revenue potential.
  • You maintain close relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • In addition, you work closely and collaboratively with the entire team to ensure excellent customer support and high customer satisfaction.
  • You also set clear goals and work proactively to meet and exceed them.

Requirements:

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • You already have experience in software sales, preferably in the trades (crafts) sector, or you have a strong affinity for this industry.
  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and a clear focus on solution selling.
  • You bring strong IT and software affinity and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
  • You are communicative, confident in negotiations, and have strong closing skills.
  • In addition, you work goal-oriented, independently, and strive to exceed your sales targets.
