Job Description
Sales Support & Development Specialist at Addinol involved in customer service and sales support. Generating leads, providing administrative support and collaborating across teams for sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers and distributors from order to delivery and after-sales service.
- Generate and qualify leads, prepare pricing proposals and help grow lubricant sales.
- Provide administrative, reporting and coordination support across key business functions.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing and distribution to ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong skills in data tracking, reporting and performance analysis
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP, inventory systems, MS Office Suite
