Job Description

Sales Team Manager leading B2B sales teams for Cube Care, a US-based custom-manufacturing company. Driving revenue growth through coaching, forecasting, lead management, and deal closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate weekly sales and training meetings
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and track key performance metrics
  • Monitor and analyze sales turnover rates
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas are met
  • Use sales and product training to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with HR to maintain staffing levels and develop team members
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on sales strategies
  • Establish training programs for new-account sales, growth, presentations, competitive strategies, sales support, profit/cost management, and contract execution
  • Communicate through telephone, email, Zoom, and other devices
  • Foster a goal-driven, self-motivated sales culture with follow-up and accountability
  • Implement sales techniques and negotiation strategies to overcome objections and close deals
  • Create monthly sales plans and action plans
  • Review and act on daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure incoming leads are worked and reported daily
  • Perform random quality-control evaluations with sales representatives
  • Understand and assist with the investigation process
  • Assist in hiring, training, and retaining sales team members
  • Coach team members to enhance customer service and sales results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales managerial experience
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams
  • Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in written correspondence and presentations
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group situations to customers and team members
  • Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including attracting, developing, and retaining team members
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to build a cohesive team and resolve conflicts among team members
  • Proficiency in business-related technology systems
  • Track record of servant leadership
  • Owner's mindset and ability to take ownership while empowering others
  • Adaptability to changing market forces and shifting priorities
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales leadership role

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Minimum 5th-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Minimum 4.00 GB RAM
  • Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not accepted
  • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections
  • Required USB-connected noise-cancelling headset
  • Required webcam capable of at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording
