Job Description

Sales Professional responsible for engaging clients and driving business growth for MyOutDesk. Identifying business needs and providing tailored solutions in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across international markets through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Present and recommend solutions that align with each client's unique needs and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support lead generation and execute international business development initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience supporting U.S.-based clients in the BPO, outsourcing, virtual staffing, or remote services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills with the ability to establish trust with U.S.-based clients.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work U.S. business hours or shifting schedules to support international clients.
  • Must meet MyOutDesk's remote work requirements, including a dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, and equipment that satisfies the company's technical standards.
