Job Description
Salesforce Solution Architect providing high-performance solutions remotely for clients. Collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing full-lifecycle projects in FedRAMP-compliant environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develops high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architecture, and automation logic
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce implementation
- Work closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration
- Review developer work, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Provide support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments
- Advise and mentor teams on technical and functional delivery, guiding best practices and solution implementation
- Oversee full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role
- 6+ years of Salesforce development; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) and AI Specialist required; demonstrated legacy integration and DevOps leadership experience
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Cloud
- Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Current Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with integration patterns, application architecture, and security best practices
- Owns the full release cycle (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions), mentors junior developers, and implements Agentforce custom actions with Invocable Apex
- Relevant educational background, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
