Job Description
Salesforce Technical Architect designing Einstein Analytics dashboards and integrations. Delivering AI-powered Salesforce solutions for NeuraFlash, part of Accenture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer-facing technical architect on the Service Cloud technical team
- Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports
- Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications
- Advise business users and technical team members on the best ways to build reports and dashboards
- Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements
- Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment
- Establish operations and refresh standards based on a globally aligned data strategy
- Collaborate with the broader technical team, customers, and AI team
Requirements:
- 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application
- End to end project implementation including integrations with other applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture
- Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
- Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
- Hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
- Full English proficiency
- Ability to travel internationally
