Job Description
SAP MDG Consultant focusing on Material Master to ensure data governance and quality. Role includes implementing and supporting SAP MDG while collaborating with business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Will work on the governance, standardization and quality of material master data.
- Ensure adherence to business processes and SAP best practices.
- Implement, support and evolve SAP MDG-M (Material Master).
- Configure and maintain data models, validation rules, workflows and approval processes.
- Integrate MDG with SAP modules, primarily MM, and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with business areas to define data governance policies.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of material master data.
- Support data migration, data cleansing and data replication (DRF) activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and support key users.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with SAP MDG, focused on Material Master (MM).
- Functional knowledge of the SAP MM module (materials, purchasing, classification, units of measure, etc.).
- Experience with workflows, BRF+, Data Modeler and DRF.
- Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.
- Good communication skills for interaction with technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English.
- Differentials: Experience with S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori for MDG.
- Experience with other MDG domains (Business Partner, Supplier, Finance).
