Job Description

SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer for Rimini Street handling Brazil Tax Reform projects and supporting internal teams in their transition processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer (KT) from delivery teams into Support, AMS, and PS organizations.
  • Support the transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform development activities from GPD to internal support teams.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional transition activities across GPD, GSD, AMS, L4 Support, QA, and Product teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a structured and predictable transition process.
  • Track transition progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership with mitigation recommendations.
  • Partner with L4 Support, AMS, and PS teams to ensure readiness for post‑transition support.
  • Own the creation, consolidation, and validation of all technical and functional documentation required for internal teams to support ongoing operations.
  • Schedule and facilitate structured Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions from GPD to L4 Support, AMS, and GSD teams.
  • Produce internal technical documentation, support playbooks, triage guides, and process workflows.
  • Ensure documentation covers Brazil Tax Reform processes, configuration, integration points, and support scenarios.
  • Support hypercare activities before and following client go-live, ensuring rapid issue identification and resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Solutions Americas Scrum and Kanban teams, GPD, GSD, AMS, QA, and Support teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting or financial background, or equivalent experience.
  • SAP Experience 10+ years in FI, MM, or SD.
  • Experience supporting SAP environments in LATAM or Brazil-specific tax and regulatory contexts.
  • Familiarity with Brazil Tax Reform topics (IBS, CBS, and upcoming regulatory changes).
  • Experience working with SAP support processes, AMS, L4, or product development teams.
  • Background in transition management, knowledge transfer, or cross-functional coordination preferred.
  • Experience with SAP configuration, functional analysis, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Bilingual Portuguese/English (written and conversational).
