Job Description

SAP Workforce Consultant for project support in Brazil. Responsible for user assistance, incident tracking, and communication with global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist users and clients in Brazil
  • Monitor and track support tickets
  • Serve as the interface between the client and the global team
  • Translate and detail functional requirements for the technical team in India
  • Oversee incident resolution through to completion
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication among all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP Workforce / WFS
  • Experience in functional support (AMS or SAP Service Desk)
  • Experience in analyzing and tracking incidents and service requests
  • Advanced English for written and verbal communication
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to user support
