Job Description

SDR handling active prospecting via LinkedIn and email, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the founder. Daily CRM management with a focus on organized follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Active prospecting via LinkedIn and email (structured 12-touch cadence)
  • Pre-outreach research on target accounts (industries, engineering firms, SMEs)
  • Personalized, account-based outreach — not mass blasting
  • Lead qualification and scheduling meetings for the founder
  • Daily CRM updates with the status of each contact
  • Follow-up management and cadence control per account

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication — clear, concise, and error-free
  • Organized and disciplined to maintain a daily prospecting cadence
  • Resilience — prospecting involves a high level of rejection
  • Genuine interest in technology and business (knowledge of AI not required)
  • Previous experience in prospecting, inside sales, or B2B customer-facing roles is a plus
