Job Description
Seasonal Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for Qualfon’s outsourcing operations in Alabama. Building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring events and ATS administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition activities and associated processes to align the talent pipeline with company intentions, purpose, and strategies
- Handle day-to-day recruiting and administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Participate in staff planning, reporting, compliance, training, HRIS administration, community involvement, and outreach
- Act as a resource for leadership, associates, and the Person Office
- Partner with hiring managers and supervisors on recruitment strategies and job requirements
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process, including advertisements, requisitions, assessments, interviews, offers, and new-hire paperwork
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and video or in-person interviews
- Build a candidate pipeline and source candidates through social platforms and professional networks
- Assist with employer branding initiatives
- Represent the organization at events to market the company and job opportunities
- Produce ATS reports on workflow and sourcing
- Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Fill hiring classes with quality hires
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Eligible applicants must reside in the state of Alabama
- One year of call center agent hiring preferred
- Consistently meeting hiring targets
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible availability with the working schedule; expected to work some weekends, holidays, and weekly events
- Prior event planning experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with applications
- Confidence in your hiring techniques
- Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED
- Professional appearance and conduct
