Job Description

Seasonal Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring and ATS administration for Qualfon’s outsourcing operations in Texas. Building candidate pipelines and supporting hiring events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and associated processes to align the talent pipeline with company intentions, purpose, and strategies
  • Handle day-to-day recruiting and administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support staff planning, reporting, compliance, training, HRIS administration, community involvement, and outreach
  • Act as a resource for leadership, associates, and the Person Office
  • Interact with hiring managers and supervisors to develop recruitment strategies and understand hiring needs
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process, including advertisements, position requisitions, assessments, interviews, employment offers, and new-hire paperwork
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and video or in-person interviews
  • Build a candidate pipeline and source candidates through social platforms and professional networks
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Represent the organization at events to market the company and job opportunities
  • Perform ATS reporting to determine previous workflow and sourcing
  • Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Fill hiring classes with quality hires
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Eligible applicants must reside in the state of Texas
  • Three (3) month seasonal / temporary role
  • One year of call center agent hiring preferred
  • Consistently meeting hiring targets
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Flexible availability with the working schedule; expected to work some weekends, holidays, and weekly events
  • Prior event planning experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency with applications
  • Confidence in your hiring techniques
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance and conduct
