Job Description

Sr. Account Manager leading strategic efforts for relationship management. Driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional client experience across annuity and life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sales growth, market expansion, and retention within assigned firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision makers across wire and bank channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on LFG products, services, and operational processes.
  • Lead complex client relationship strategies that address service needs and resolve escalated issues.
  • Identify at risk clients and implement retention strategies.
  • Profile assigned territories to identify opportunities and cultivate new relationships.
  • Participate in industry organizations and events to enhance LFG visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of sold products.
  • Conduct client meetings and finalist presentations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years experience in relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, L&H
  • Analytical skills and close attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
