Job Description

Senior Analyst supporting data management and governance for brand analytics at Nestlé Health Science. Delivering insights through advanced analytics and reporting for business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support business growth
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders
  • Independently scope and prioritize analytics requests based on business needs
  • Execute and continuously improve data governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across custom databases
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage data quality, standardization, and integration
  • Support the integration and harmonization of data from multiple sources (e.g., Circana, NIQ, SPINS, Stackline, POS) to create unified, omni-channel datasets
  • Leverage advanced tools (Advanced Power BI or Tableau, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Database querying tools such as SQL) to automate and optimize data workflows
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of category dynamics, product attribution, and hierarchy structures to ensure accurate reporting and insights
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and other stakeholders to align data, improve processes, and drive automation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and advance analytics maturity within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of client- or supplier-side CPG experience; nutritional supplement experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience in data management, dashboard development and process automation
  • Experience working with syndicated data sources, including Circana and/or NielsenIQ
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital sales data is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working through complexity and ambiguity in both data and business context
