Job Description

Senior Analyst leading project solutions and managing analytical workstreams for SAMHSA's 988 initiative. Collaborating with teams to advance awareness and utilization of 988 services across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Design project solutions and manage analytical and data-driven workstreams
  • Guide the development of requirements, analyze project proposals, and recommend approaches
  • Coordinate data validation across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support campaign measurement and evaluation activities, including assessing paid media performance
  • Monitor audience exposure and behavior change indicators
  • Synthesize findings into reports and recommendations for SAMHSA
  • Formulate specifications for deliverables and analyze trends in 988 utilization data
  • Support digital analytics and web performance monitoring
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, data analytics, marketing, social sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of supervisory or team lead responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience leading the design of project or analytical solutions and serving as a primary point of contact with government or senior-level clients
  • Experience formulating requirements, analyzing project proposals, and recommending optimum approaches to complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, including dashboard development, maintenance, and publication
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program or campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends in utilization, engagement, or behavioral data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience producing formal deliverables such as performance reports, evaluation plans, and data dashboards for government or executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Tier II)
