Job Description
Senior Workday analyst optimizing HR integrations, reporting, and HR data governance. Supporting Symbotic’s AI-powered warehouse automation through reliable systems and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical owner for Workday integrations and reporting
- Design, build, and maintain inbound/outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations as applicable, and vendor file feeds
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external providers to ensure seamless data exchange and integration reliability
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics for HR operations, compliance, and leadership decision-making
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot errors
- Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and validation
- Triage and resolve HRIS requests through ServiceNow
- Ensure data governance, audit readiness, and process efficiency through documentation, controls, and system checks
- Maintain integration build/runbooks, system documentation, and reporting standards
- Provide guidance and training to HR partners and stakeholders
- Travel up to 10% as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience, including minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience with change management processes and testing cycles
- Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports; calculated fields; dashboards and analytics; and Workday reporting security
- Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange methods, including inbound and outbound EIBs, custom XLST transformations, Core Connectors, and encryption using PGP, AS2/X.509, and digital signatures
- PICOF/PECI/CCW/APIs preferred
- Workday Studio exposure a plus
- Workday Integration Pro Certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
