Job Description
Senior Asset Manager overseeing energy-efficient building systems and facility services for Techem. Managing maintenance, KPIs, optimization, compliance, and customer-related technical escalations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the operation of selected regional projects
- Responsibility for the energy efficiency of the systems
- Ensuring facility management for the systems through the professional management of service providers
- Collecting KPIs and monitoring and managing performance based on them
- Deriving and implementing optimization measures
- Planning, managing, and monitoring system-related measures
- Planning and coordinating the technical maintenance, servicing, and repair of systems, as well as their optimization
- Coordinating system acceptance and tracking of defects
- Managing building services operations (BeFü) through quality controls using existing KPIs and SLAs
- Responsibility for escalation management and technical issues in complaint and customer management
- Managing meters and on-site measurement concepts in cooperation with Engineering
- Attending appointments with third parties, such as TÜV representatives or occupational health and safety contacts
- Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers
Requirements:
- University of applied sciences degree in energy and utilities engineering, or comparable vocational training combined with relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and building control systems (MSR)
- Strong quality awareness and commercial acumen
- Excellent service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated, goal-oriented personality with a high level of enthusiasm
- High degree of personal responsibility and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) within the Eastern region (Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and parts of Brandenburg), particularly for on-site appointments at technical facilities and customer locations
- Very good German and good English skills
