Job Description
Senior Associate developing scalable nCino, Salesforce, and lending/CRM platforms for Atlantic Union Bank. Defining architecture, roadmaps, requirements, and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms
- Support end-user needs across various applications
- Create product roadmaps
- Define technical requirements
- Develop platform architecture
- Provide technical documentation, guidance, and support on platform capabilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling
- Write software code using programming, scripting, and/or database languages
- Plan and conduct software testing
- Analyze test results and track/report risk levels during test execution
- Manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Typically requires 5–6+ years of nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Pipedrive, or similar lending/CRM platforms development experience
- In-depth knowledge of the job area
- Relevant technical experience
- Proficiency with applicable systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications
- Ability to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
- Ability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
