Job Description
Senior Associate handling sports predictions operations at DraftKings. Executing strategies and supporting game-day initiatives in a dynamic environment focused on sports and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sports strategy across Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball windows
- Partner with various teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns
- Manage on-site merchandising and optimize content
- Support game day operations including promotions
- Develop expertise in prediction markets
- Maintain centralized planning and organization
- Use data to refine strategies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field
- A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues
- Curiosity about prediction markets; prior experience is a plus
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments
- Strong organizational skills
- A data-driven mindset
