Job Description

Back End Developer responsible for building technology for real-time collaboration in property management. Focused on developing backend capabilities for a product used by property managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reusable backend microservices using .NET Core.
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from technical design and breaking down stories to deployment and debugging.
  • Collaborate closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and UI Designers to define requirements and deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Champion and adhere to best practices in software design, security, performance, and cloud architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Contribute to a “DevOps mindset” by supporting the team’s strategies, standards, and practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • Expertise in .NET Core / C#.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (alternatively AWS).
  • Proficiency with SQL / Azure SQL.
  • Proven experience designing and building microservices.
  • Good experience working on PaaS and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and the full Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn, problem-solve, and take ownership.
