Job Description
Senior bilingual recruiter leading sourcing, candidate pipelines, and hiring-manager partnerships. Delivering talent acquisition solutions for Cielo, a global Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
- Provide relevant market data and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements
- Deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines
- Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members
- Act as a client brand ambassador and provide consultative talent acquisition expertise throughout the recruitment cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong sourcing abilities
