Job Description

Senior Brand Success Manager coaching Korean-speaking brands on Faire’s wholesale technology platform. Driving adoption, retention, revenue, and growth through data-led account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of approximately 200–250 brands
  • Engage brands through scaled and 1:1 email, phone, in-person, and video interactions
  • Own business and revenue outcomes
  • Develop trusted customer relationships
  • Drive adoption and ongoing usage of Faire Direct, Ads, and Insider Partnership
  • Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy through execution
  • Communicate new product releases and updates to accounts
  • Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to inform product development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, design, and marketing teams
  • Use data, graphs, and reports to drive action and exceed goals
  • Adapt to changing business needs and goals
  • Foster a psychologically safe, motivating, inclusive, and energizing team culture

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Korean
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using fundamental sales and data tools, such as Salesforce, data visualization software, and call recording tools
  • Customer-obsessed mindset and understanding of small-business needs
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed quota-based goals
  • AI-first approach and ability to leverage AI tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to aggregate customer feedback and influence cross-functional stakeholders and decisions
  • Ownership mentality and bias to action
