Job Description
Senior business development leader expanding a Swedish B2B iGaming technology company's platform, poker network, and casino games across Asia. Owning operator sales cycles and account growth remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the company's commercial pipeline across Asia for its iGaming platform, poker network, and original casino games
- Drive longer, trust-based platform sales to operators
- Develop faster sales opportunities for original casino games with operators, including crypto casinos, and aggregators
- Use existing network to open doors with operator decision-makers and secure invitations to platform evaluations and tenders
- Leverage the existing reference customer in the region to initiate new commercial conversations
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, coordinating demos with the product team, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating, and closing
- Take ownership of signed accounts, including onboarding, relationship management, and commercial growth, while working closely with the Customer Success team
- Build the company's profile in the region by representing it at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Asia
- Feed market and client insights back to Product and Management teams
- Keep the CRM up to date
- Report weekly to the Chief Revenue Officer on pipeline activity, deal progress, and next steps
- Help shape the company's Asia go-to-market strategy, including which markets and opportunities to prioritize
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in iGaming
- Proven track record of signing deals across Asian markets
- Active network of decision-makers at online casino and sports betting operators in Asia
- Relationships with aggregators are valuable
- Strong experience selling iGaming platforms, white-label solutions, or similar technology-led B2B products directly to operators
- Experience managing longer and more complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial introduction through negotiation and closing
- Proven ability to close deals, not only generate leads
- Confidence owning a revenue target and being measured against it
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven
- Ability to establish the company's commercial presence in Asia and work independently in a remote environment
- Based in Asia
- Able to travel regularly throughout the region and attend key industry events
