Job Description
Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the Eastern US region's enterprise sales in Multifamily Renters Insurance. Engaging with clients and managing sales pipeline for large client deals.
Responsibilities:
- Expand sales in existing and new accounts by identifying customer needs and participating in developing client plans.
- Influence prospects to buy products by mastering the selling process and pursuing market and niche opportunities.
- Enhance relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Research and recommend new opportunities and profit/service improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in resolving complex problems and issues.
- Understand financial trends and fluctuations with assigned clients and communicate issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account development in the Multifamily and Single-Family industry.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, negotiation expertise, building and managing a sales pipeline via SalesForce.
- Successful track record of sales quota performance.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
- Experience working with larger Property Management Companies of 8,000+ units within the Multifamily Housing industry.
